I was going through my stock and found 4 Tyrant Bowie Prototype blanks that I have finished out.
The Prototype Edition is well loved by customers. Cut from monstrously thick .317in Z Tuff stock, its the single hardest hitting blade I’ve ever produced. The Prototypes sport satin bevels and swedges contrasted with acid washed flats with intact mill scale for ultra crisp lines and a more traditional bowie look.
These will never be made again, so if you want to pick up a legend of a blade at a nice discount, this is the last call….
One Bowie to Rule Them All…
The Tyrant Bowie is the first blade from our Tyrant Lineup. The goal of the Tyrant line is simple, make the biggest, baddest interpretation of a classic design while maintaining maximal performance and light weight.
We engineered this model from the ground up to be the king of all bowies. With a 13.3in blade that flares to a whopping 2.4in at its widest point, the Tyrant Bowie dwarfs the competition.
Even with its impressive dimensions, the Tyrant Bowie is still well balanced, nimble, and suitable for knife tasks like carving, food prep, and fire starting. When it comes to chopping, this thing packs a serious punch despite its light weight frame.
Featuring possibly the largest swedge ever done on a production knife, the the tip of Tyrant Bowie gracefully transitions to a natural distal taper keeping the tip light and snappy for brush clearing.
Available in Z Tuff with an optimal heat treat, the Tyrant can take a beating without edge damage.
